Senior Executive – International Marketing & Communication

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing international marketing events such as roadshows, forums, exhibitions, and investment promotion activities.
  • Support event logistics including materials preparation, guest coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up, collect potential client information, and prepare feedback reports.
  • Prepare English-language marketing materials, including press releases, presentations, brochures, and digital media content.
  • Support the production of promotional videos and social media visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist in managing international media relations and liaising with PR agencies and communication partners.
  • Handle LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms, including content posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with external organizations such as real estate consultants, investment councils, chambers of commerce, and industry associations (e.g., JLL, CBRE, CREDAI, CWEIC).
  • Work closely with designers, translators, and event suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support the hosting of visiting delegations and investor groups, providing communication and documentation assistance.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on real estate and investment trends in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
  • Prepare marketing activity summaries, reports, and presentations for internal use.
  • Maintain and update partner, investor, and media databases regularly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, events, or communications — international project experience preferred.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills; knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of execution, detail orientation, and accountability.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and travel internationally when required.
