Proactively identify, approach and develop potential international investors, developers and corporate clients for land sales within Port City Colombo.
Independently manage and develop one designated target market, with a focus on:
Deeply engage the assigned market and build strong client access channels.
Initiate and maintain direct relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, investment institutions, family offices and corporates.
Drive the full sales process from initial outreach to deal closure, including land matching, proposal discussion and commercial negotiation.
Conduct one-on-one presentations, investment pitches and support client visits to effectively communicate project value and opportunities.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential investors and track progress to ensure continuous conversion opportunities.
Provide insights on investor preferences, capital trends and competitive developments within the assigned region.
Support and participate in targeted roadshows, investor meetings and industry events as required.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
