Landscape Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Localized Landscaping Management

Lead and manage all landscaping operations under the localized management structure.
Plan, schedule and supervise routine maintenance and improvement works across Port City Colombo.
Manage local landscaping staff, team leaders, contractors, manpower deployment and performance.

Landscape Maintenance and Quality Control

Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, planting areas and irrigation systems to approved standards.
Oversee pruning, fertilizing, pest and disease control, plant replacement and seasonal maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections, implement corrective actions and ensure safe use of tools chemicals and PPE.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping management, maintenance, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant care, irrigation systems, and safety practices.
Good leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
