HR Executive

The Role: Key Responsibilities:

HRIS & Payroll Management:

  • Acting as the primary administrator for the company’s HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and system efficiency.
  • Managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including calculations, deductions, and accurate disbursement, while adhering to all relevant statutory and compliance requirements.

International Travel & Visa Coordination:

  • Overseeing all facets of overseas travel for management and employees, which includes securing the most cost-effective ticketing and arranging suitable hotel/accommodation.
  • Handling visa applications and processing for multiple countries, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted correctly to facilitate timely travel.

General HR Support:

  • Assisting in various core HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintenance of employee records, internal communications, and support for performance management initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR role.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in administering an HRIS and processing payroll.
  • Proven, extensive experience in coordinating complex international travel logistics, including flight and hotel booking, and handling visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of the Sri Lankan Labour Law and related statutory requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
