Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest reception, answering and diverting phone calls
  • Handle courier and packages
  • Meeting room reservations, follow up with meeting room entertainment
  • Liaise with F&B supervisor and assist with VIP and other guest entertainment work
  • Stationery stock management
  • Handling payments
  • Front desk responsibilities
  • Assist with Administrative tasks
  • Manage and maintain office supplies

Key Requirements:

  • Educational background:Undergraduate / a school leaver with good command in English and Chinese is an advantage
  • Knowledge and skills: Knowledge of excellent customer service and basic administrative skills
  • Work experience: At least 1 year in a similar capacity and working in a Chinese company is an added advantage
  • Ability: To work unsupervised, work for longer hours, work under pressure
  • Quality: Well presentable, good command in English
