Commercial Operation & Marketing

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Market Planning & Positioning – Define project positioning, target audiences, and support strategic decisions through market research and competitor analysis. Develop and implement annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Digital & Social Media Management – Manage official social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor performance, and optimize strategies to enhance brand visibility and online engagement.
  • Festive, Promotional & Event Campaigns – Plan, coordinate, and execute seasonal, holiday, and promotional events/campaigns. Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams, and provide post-campaign analysis.
  • Brand Partnerships & Collaborations – Identify and negotiate co-branded partnerships, manage collaborations from proposal to execution, and maintain strong partner relationships to expand opportunities.
  • Commercial & Administrative Operations – Support daily project and marketing operations, prepare reports and presentations, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, commercial operations, or brand/partnership management.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized team player with strong event planning experience.
