Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Leasing and Operations: Manage all aspects of commercial leasing, including tenant negotiations, lease agreements, and daily operational oversight of commercial properties.
  • Business Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenants, businesses, and other key stakeholders.
  • Marketing Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to attract new tenants and promote commercial activities.
  • Rent Collection: Ensure the timely and accurate collection of rent from all commercial tenants.
  • Tenant Management: Proactively handle and resolve tenants’ routine operational issues, ensuring a smooth and supportive business environment.
  • Marketing Implementation: Take a hands-on role in the implementation of marketing activities and events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proficient in commercial leasing and retail operations. Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in commercial property, retail management, or a similar role. Marketing experience is a significant advantage.
  • Proven capability in managing rent collection processes and effectively resolving daily tenant issues.
  • Must be responsible, professional, and possess a strong customer-oriented mindset.
