Prepare marketing communications and branding strategies to build a positive image of the company in the public space and strategizing, executing and managing company events to meet the desired objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in development and execution of communications Strategy and Plans to generate project awareness and brand identity.
Develop specific communications to support the marketing plan including social media campaigns, presentations, video scripts, posters etc.
Develop and support surveys to gain market feedback on program communications and change readiness.
Conceptualize inputs from multiple sources and translate into relevant marketing campaign and then execute campaigns to achieve strategic objectives.
Supervise with Advertisement agency, monitor, follow up and make recommendations on all advertising collaterals from conceptualization to implementation.
Conceptualize, organize, manage and execute events required by the company or affiliated to the company which will include cooperation and coordination with multiple stakeholders and internal departments and teams
Any other duties as specified by the management.
Key Requirements
Academic or professional qualification in Marketing Communications.
MBA in Marketing is desirable.
Full/Part qualification in CIM/SLIM.
10 years of work experience in relevant fields with 2-3 years of experience in real estate company in a similar role.
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
Superior project management and time management skills
