Supervise and coach other DCCs in best practices for document control of project documents and Company’s standard operating procedures.
Maintain effective and secure physical and electronic filing systems for project documents including updating and maintaining Department’s electronic data Management System
Review and introduce improvements to continually improve the standard of service to the project team in easy retrieval of required documents.
Good command of written English and able to provide internal review and quality check on standard draft letters and draft routine letters.
Receive, arrange, record, file/store incoming documents/ letters and deliver them to the appropriate individuals as directed
.
Tracking and Follow up on incoming letters to ensure they are acted upon and responded to as required.
Liaise with Document Management Department of Head Office to arrange, update, archive documents as required to ensure data integrity
Report to ER regularly about Document Control process and any issues
Key Requirements
10 years of which at least 2 years as Senior DCC.
A Levels + Additional Training in Secretarial Practice, Quality Systems or related field.
