Customer Relations

Responsibilities

CRM System Management:

  • Administer and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security.
  • Customize and configure CRM software to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Provide training to staff members on CRM system usage.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze customer/investor data to gain insights into customer/investor behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Use data to segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and retention.

Customer Communication:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and investment promotion teams to create personalized, relevant content for customers/investors.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer/investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that customer/investor support requests are tracked and resolved through the CRM system or otherwise.
  • Assist clients to prepare Port City company registration documents.
  • Coordination with relevant government authorities.

CRM Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop CRM strategies that align with business goals.
  • Propose and implement improvements to the CRM system and processes.

Reporting:

  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Assists with the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website, and social media accounts

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM administration and management. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of email marketing tools and best practices.
    Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
