# Port City Colombo

> Sri Lanka's multi-service Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and premier regional financial centre — a master-planned city extension of Colombo's Central Business District, developed as a gateway to South Asia for business, investment, and lifestyle.

Port City Colombo (PCC) is one of the largest Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Sri Lanka, jointly developed by the Government of Sri Lanka and China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC).
