Responsibilities
Check & monitor EPC Contractor’s implementation of health and safety plan, security plan, regulations and industrial processes
Review safety related reports, method statements submitted by the contractor and check the compliance with regulations
Contribute health & safety risk assessment to Employer’s Project Risk Assessment Plan
Conduct random inspections on facilities, machinery and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards and environmental issues
Ensure safety regulation compliance through random inspections
Assist in investigating all accidents during construction stage
Review reports submitted by the Contractor on Investigating accidents and injuries
Implement all corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of injuries and incidents
Liaise with Contractor’s safety team and third party organizations to ensure the safety aspects of work in construction site and quarries as well
Report to HSE Manager regularly about HSE works

Key Requirements
Knowledge of health, safety and environment regulations applicable to the real estate sector
Knowledge of civil and structural design principles, standards and practices.
Understanding of related government and industry standards, codes and requirements.
Experience in large scale project with high complexity and mix is desired.
Understanding of real estate development processes
Aptitude for technology

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Diploma in HSE or equivalent with professional licence in related field is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role with no less than 5 years of combined experience.
